Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is advancing respiratory health by improving the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions. This paper reviews AI applications in detecting diseases such as asthma, COPD, and lung cancer. We highlight case studies where AI has enhanced diagnostic accuracy, predicted exacerbations, and optimized treatment plans. The paper also discusses challenges such as data integration, patient privacy, and clinical validation. Future research directions are proposed to maximize the benefits of AI in respiratory health, aiming to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
