Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is enhancing geriatric care by addressing the unique healthcare needs of older adults. This paper explores AI applications in monitoring chronic conditions, predicting health declines, and personalizing care plans for the elderly. We review case studies demonstrating improvements in health outcomes, patient independence, and quality of life. The paper also addresses challenges such as data privacy, ethical considerations, and technology adoption among older populations. Recommendations for future research and implementation strategies are provided to optimize the use of AI in geriatric care.
