Abstract

Electronic health records (EHRs) are essential for modern healthcare but often suffer from issues related to data entry, interoperability, and usability. This paper examines how artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance EHR systems by automating data entry, improving data accuracy, and enabling advanced analytics.
